Pressure Control

Pressure control valves are used in applications where protection of fittings, devices, and systems are critical specifically from being over-pressured. Applications include protection of plumbing and sanitary fittings that receive water from a high level water tank, especially if these fittings are subjected to high static head which can cause fitting and joint failure. Pressure control valves are also used for protection of upstream networks and pipelines from over-pressure where the excess pressurized fluid are either exhausted to the atmosphere or returned back to the storage tank.

Pressure Reducing & Regulating Valve

Pressure Reducing & Regulating Valve

Pressure Reducing & Regulating Valve
Pressure reducing valves have a main function of maintaining a set downstream pressure regardless of the fluctuation of the upsteam pressure. Its most common design incorporates a membrane or a piston and a spring. The downstream pressure under the membrane or piston will react against the force of the spring resulting in a constant set downstream pressure during operation. The pressure reducing valve will close at the set pressure once fluid consumption stops at the downstream.

Our valves are of the direct acting and pilot operated types. Direct acting type reacts quicker to the downstream pressure while the pilot operated type consist of a main valve which copies the movement of the control reducing pilot to regulate the downstream pressure. Safety Relief, Back Pressure & Sustaining Valve
Safety relief, back pressure & sustaining valves open to relief pressure whenever the inlet pressure exceeds the set pressure. Upstream pressure act against a membrane, which acts against an adjusted spring tension to open the valve.
