Safety measures implemented to maintain business operations
Safety of our people has always been the top priority at Val-Technik. We were quick to implement the necessary safety measures of the Circuit Breaker in the past months, and thankfully up till now, we have been able to avoid major operational disruptions unlike many businesses. Nonetheless, there is no question that regional-level supply chains still remain as affected by the global spread of the COVID-19.
In response, Val-Technik is committed to maintain close communication with our suppliers and logistics providers. While we have made appropriate arrangements for most of our people to work from home, we ensure that our customer service function will always be readily available to support your requests promptly. For the establishments and projects deemed critical by our government, Val-Technik will continue to supply products from our reliable inventory and provide services with our experienced technicians.
From 1 June 2020, more businesses are allowed to resume activities in a phased manner. At Val-Technik, safety of our people, our clients, our partners and suppliers will remain as our primary concern. While we stay focused and vigilant, the needs and requests of our clients will not be compromised.
